Type and origin of personal data collected – You may be asked to provide your personal data whenever you contact the owner to identify you or contact you.

These data can also be combined with other data to provide and improve products, services, content and advertising materials.

Except for the cases provided for by law, the Data Controller does not collect personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to identify unambiguously a natural person, data relating to the health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person.

The Owner does not collect personal data relating to criminal convictions and crimes or related security measures. The Owner invites you not to provide the aforementioned data.

The consent of minors to the processing of their personal data is valid from 16 years.

The Data Controller will not process the personal data processing of children under the age of 16, unless parents or guardians consent to the activities of collecting the use and disclosure of children’s information by the Data Controller.

We confirm that it is not required to provide the personal data requested by us: if it decides not to provide it, however, in many cases it will not be able to use the services activated through the site.

for which we have collected and adopted adequate security measures to prevent the destruction or loss of data, any unauthorized use and unauthorized access, pursuant to art. 32 of the EU Reg. 2016/679.

Rights of the interested party – As a subject interested in the processing, you may at any time exercise the rights referred to in art. 7 of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003 and to the articles 13 and ss of the EU Reg. 2016/679. In particular, you can ask the Owner to confirm the existence or not of personal data concerning him, access to personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the treatment that concern him or to oppose their treatment, in addition the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. It will be able to obtain information about the source from which the personal data originate and, where appropriate, the possibility that the data come from sources accessible to the public. Moreover, if the treatment is based on explicit consent, the interested party will have the right to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given prior to the revocation.
